Blake International USA Rigs, LLC of Houma, Louisiana announces the appointment of John Buckelew to Vice-President of Sales & Marketing. He joins Blake International with 28 years of experience. Also appointed is Ronnie Haydel as HS&E Manager with 28 years of experience. Most recently, both worked in their respective management positions with Pride Offshore, Inc.; a subsidiary of Pride International Inc. of Houston, Texas.

Effective October 31, 2008, Blake International USA Rigs, LLC is no longer affiliated with Blake Offshore, LLC. However, Mike Blake continues to serve on the Board of Directors and still remains the single largest shareholder.
